Step 01
Site Visit & Assessment
Engineers visit Delhi NCR or coordinate remotely. Assess space, structure, existing services, and surgical workflow needs.
Step 02
AutoCAD Layout & Design Approval
Detailed OT layout drawings including airflow zones, gas positions, lighting plans, and clean/dirty corridor separation. Approved by you before fabrication.
Step 03
Fabrication & Material Procurement
All panels, ceiling systems, and components sourced from approved manufacturers. Tested and certified before dispatch.
Step 04
On-Site Installation
All civil, MEP, and systems integration handled by our team. Single OT: 4–6 weeks. Multi-suite complex: 8–12 weeks.
Step 05
Commissioning & Testing
Airflow velocity, particle counts, gas pressure, electrical safety, and environmental monitoring - all tested before handover.
Step 06
Handover & NABH Documentation
Complete NABH-ready pack: as-built drawings, commissioning reports, material certificates, SOP templates, and maintenance manuals. Staff orientation session included.
