Our Story - Built on a Belief That Infrastructure Saves Lives

Kapisa Healthcare was founded in New Delhi with a single conviction: that the quality of a hospital’s infrastructure directly determines the quality of care it can provide. A poorly ventilated OT, an undersized CSSD, or a poorly planned ICU doesn’t just fail an accreditation checklist — it puts patients at risk every day it operates.
Over 18 years, we have built our expertise methodically — project by project, service by service — until today we offer eight specialist areas of hospital infrastructure from a single, accountable team. Our clients range from 10-bed nursing homes in Delhi to 300-bed multi-specialty hospitals across India. What they share is the need for infrastructure that is clinically sound, compliant with NABH, and built by people who genuinely understand hospitals.
We are not a general civil contractor that occasionally works on hospitals. We are a specialist healthcare infrastructure company — every project we take on is a hospital project, every engineer on our team understands NABH requirements, infection control principles, and clinical workflow design. Kapisa Healthcare founded in New Delhi

Started with a focus on modular OT supply and installation for private hospitals in Delhi NCR.

Expanded into medical gas pipeline systems

Began offering full MGPS design and installation - becoming one of the few companies in Delhi offering both modular OTs and MGPS under one roof.

  • 2012

First 50 projects delivered

Reached the milestone of 50 completed hospital infrastructure projects across Delhi NCR, UP, and Haryana.

  • 2015

Added CSSD design & ICU infrastructure services

Expanded our specialist capabilities to include complete CSSD fit-outs and ICU bay setups - responding to growing demand from NABH-seeking hospitals.

  • 2018

Launched hospital HVAC & cleanroom division

Brought infection-control HVAC and ISO cleanroom capability in-house - enabling full turnkey hospital project delivery for the first time.
